Rosie would have been home to itinerant fairground workers and performers after the turn of the century when steam engines became available to tow their equipment and caravans.

Decorated in original Romany embellishments, Rosie is simply charming. The original rare 'Caledonian Nipper’ iron stove sits proudly under the mantelpiece which is now in full working order after being lovingly restored after 80 years of not being lit. The little stove is designed to burn coke, coal or peat. Fully wired with optional heat and lighting.
