100 year old chassis, renovated with original wheels and tyres.

Built with 13mm T&G treated timber. It is fully insulated and boarded out.
The roof is also insulated - ply lined and a canvas top.

It is warm and snug with double glazed windows and carpet. It has 2 beds that
can be pulled out to make 2 x 4ft doubles, a wardrobe, cupboards, drawers and
storage. There is an electric wood burner effect heater and plenty of sockets.
Lighting inside and out.

It has tables, chairs and stools if required.

This caravan would make an ideal den, office, study, bedroom, playroom, hideaway, retreat or garden room, etc.,.

It can be moved about in your garden but is Strictly Static due to its age
