Genuine Old Gypsy Wagon

This will make an ideal project for someone who wants to put their finish
on a nice wagon! The original dray is stunning, with lovely turned axels and globe springs. Turntable all working in good solid state. No expense has been spared in restoring this wagon.

Very regrettable sale due to ill health. Genuine sale, no time wasters.

Wagon has had the following works completed: 

All rotten wood removed and replaced.
All remaining wood treated with expensive preservative.
Majority of original paint sanded off wood, which remains in situ inside and out.
 New rear window frame and door made and installed.
New front and back boards.

All work carried out by a professional joiner / carpenter.

Works in need of completing:

Dray to be sanded.
Glass to be added to door and window.
Canvas. Repairs to wheels.

Original pieces still available:

Hay rack. Carved side strips.
 Carved finishing strips for front, rear and side canvas ends.

Overall height: approx 2.9m from ground to top.
At widest point of bow top: approx 1.95m.
Overall length: approx 3.1m.
Width of dray: 1.4m.
Height of dray ground to step: approx 90cm.
